Currently DeveloperPLUS ships all products by electronic delivery. Package delivery may be added if demand is sufficient. Some publishers, however, are providing package shipment once orders are confirmed.

Electronic Delivery

Electronic delivery of products, unlock codes, and activation numbers incurs no shipping charge. We do, however, require that the exact billing address of any credit card purchase be given during the order processing to send products via email. We reserve the right to refuse email delivery of an order we can not absolutely verify as being legitimate due to the potential of credit card fraud.

If the product is sent as an email file attachment our policy is to use MIME encoding. Most electronically delivered products are available directly from our site via custom generated download links attached to your online invoice.

For your convenience, DeveloperPLUS accepts the following forms of payment:

Credit Cards

For your order to ship without delay you must give the billing address and zipcode that appear on your credit card statement.

We normally will not ship to an address that differs from the billing address without a faxed signed authorization and can verify the "Ship to" address by phone. We reserve the right to refuse shipment when these addresses differ.

Money Orders / Cashiers Checks

Money orders, cashiers checks, and bank drafts are welcome. All purchases using these methods will ship upon receipt of payment. Please remember, all payments should be in U.S. dollars.

Personal Checks (US Funds Only)

Personal checks are welcome. Allow up to two weeks for checks to clear.

Make all checks payable to "DeveloperPLUS" and write "FOR DEPOSIT ONLY" on the reverse side of the check where it will be endorsed. In the memo area of your check please write in the name of the product(s) you are purchasing.

Cash

DeveloperPLUS will not accept cash for purchases. In fact we discourage you from sending cash in the mail to anyone.

Purchase Orders

DeveloperPLUS accepts purchase orders from Government (Local, State & Federal) and Educational institutions within the United States. Please contact DeveloperPLUS by voice or email for specifics. Terms are Net-15.

Other Methods of Payment

Under special circumstances we can make arrangements for other forms of payment. Please contact us if the need arises.

Some suggestions to help us get your order processed quickly!

You play an integral part in the order fulfillment process. No matter how fast we work we can only work with what you give us. There are certain procedures that we suggest that will help speed up your order.

Inaccurate, incomplete or unreadable information is the fastest way to slow down or possibly prevent an order completion.

The following suggestions will help make the process smoother and more efficient.

• Use online ordering. This process moves your order directly into our database for immediate processing. In addition this method does not require anyone to manually enter the information and possibly do so incorrectly!

• Handwritten faxes can often be completely impossible to read. Please do not use them if at all possible. If you decide to fax an order please call to confirm receipt.

• Double check your credit card number. Errors in card numbers and expiration dates will cause delays.

• Do not use hotmail, mailexcite, yahoo, or any other free email service for orders. Due to the growing problem of credit card fraud coming from these anonymous email providers we assume these are bogus orders until otherwise proven.

• Double check your phone and fax numbers for accuracy. This may be the only way we can confirm an order, especially if your email address is entered incorrectly. DeveloperPLUS does not release this information.
