• Secure, real-time credit card transactions
  Your customers can be assured of secure transactions from our shopping cart pages. Those pages that are used to enter private information run on a true SSL server and DeveloperPLUS provides security verification through its server certificate. Certificate issued to DeveloperPLUS from Thawte.
  
• Email notification of each purchase
  After credit card authorization has been completed you will receive email notification if you have indicated this option or one or more of the products ordered require your attention as would be the case for package shipment.
  
• Real-time product fulfillment by secure URL downloads
  If you provide your product as a downloadable install and elect to use our service for real-time fulfillment you can rest easy knowing the files exist on two servers in different geographical locations.
  
  The shopping cart system in use provides secure, unique download links for each product purchased. The customer has 48 hours and 3 attempts to download the product install. If the product can not be retrieved in this time frame we can reactivate the link as needed.
  
  If future demands increase the need we already have plans to include a third server in yet another location.
  
• Direct link to exclusive order form on our site
  We provide an order form on our site that is exclusively yours.
    
  Exclusive in this case refers to a lack of links into our site from the order form. The form includes our logo and "look", but no links. If supplied with a logo image, fitting set requirements, it may be used on this form.
    
  DeveloperPLUS will also work with you in developing a custom order form upon request.
  
• Full, detailed onsite description of your products with images & links
  This account includes a full page of text and images on our site to describe your product in detail. We have laid out the structure of the page to match that of our site and include header information on this page from the product information you provide DeveloperPLUS. The remainder of the page, with some minor restrictions, can be provided to DeveloperPLUS in HTML format designed as you determine. If you are not familiar with HTML design we provide this service for a very modest fee.
  
  You can include as many images as you desire and as much text as you like for each products' page.
  
• Support email address on our server (forwarded to provided address)
  If you need an email address for technical support DeveloperPLUS will provide you with one that is forwarded to the address you provide.
  
  Whether you use an email address on our server or an existing address we recommend that you include it within your HTML. Other important addresses such as your customer support should be included as well.
  
• Freeware cataloging on our servers
  If your company provides freeware you can include up to 2mb on our servers for access by others. The catalog of freeware will include your company name and a link to your site as well as links to your products on our site. Goodwill can often bring you extra business!
  
• Demo installs available from our servers
  With an Enterprise account DeveloperPLUS provides additional space for your demo installs if desired. DeveloperPLUS does not limit access to these installs. We will provide the links required to access your demos and will place them on your product page for you if you wish.
  
• Easy product information updates
  Email is also currently used for product updates such as pricing and version information.
  
  Once our real-time system is in place, publishers will be able to access their product information online. Until then any update requests received will be processed by the end of the next business day.
  
• Custom unlock code generation
  Just one of the key elements of the Enterprise account is the ability to provide unlock codes for your protected installs.
  
  DeveloperPLUS provides support for three different types of unlock code generation. In its simplest form you provide DeveloperPLUS with a list of access codes to be issued as required.
  
  In addition, if your install requires unlock codes generated from specific customer information such as name, company name, zipcode, etc., we offer the option of running a Windows program of your design. DeveloperPLUS does require some specific functionality to accomplish the use of specialty programs. These specifics will be provided if you elect to use this service.
  
  The third unlock code option is provided through a utility written by DeveloperPLUS specifically for this purpose. DeveloperPLUS will provide the information required to allow use of code generated by this utility within your installs. DeveloperPLUS will not create your installs but will provide the required decryption algorithms need to use this service.
  
  Unlock codes provided to customers will be recorded and reported to publishers as requested. This can be by account information request or as part of the email transaction notification provided for each purchase.
  
• Foreign (non-US) distributor access and pricing
  Enterprise accounts also provide access for foreign (non-US) distributors of your choice. This greatly simplifies the ability to support other distributors with which you have agreements. They are provided accounts and logins to gain access to special discounted pricing. These prices are not available to anyone else.
